Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CineCue at cinecue.app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What CineCue is

CineCue is a free tool that helps you compose and format text prompts for third-party AI creation platforms, including Higgsfield. It generates creative suggestions only; it does not itself create images or video and does not process payments.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. We do not guarantee any specific output, result, or that generated prompts will perform in a particular way on any third-party platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CineCue and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or of any third-party service you reach through it.

Third-party services & affiliate links

The Service links to third-party platforms, including via affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Your use of Higgsfield or any other third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and pricing, which they control and may change at any time. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The CineCue name, site design, interface, and code are owned by the Service's operator. The text you enter and the prompts you generate are yours — we claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.

Trademarks & brand independence

“Higgsfield” and other product, company, and service names referenced on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only, under nominative fair use. CineCue is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Higgsfield.

CineCue is an independent project and is not affiliated with, connected to, or endorsed by any other product, application, company, or service that uses the name “CineCue” or a similar name. Any such similarity is coincidental.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to generate content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Availability & governing law

CineCue is a free tool available to users worldwide. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws of the country in which you reside — for example, the EU/EEA and UK GDPR — which continue to apply to you regardless of the governing law stated above. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you in your own location.
