Privacy Policy

CineCue (“we,” “us”) operates the website at cinecue.app. We are committed to keeping data collection to an absolute minimum. This policy explains what is and isn't collected when you use the site.

What we do not collect

CineCue has no user accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, or any personal details to use the tool. The text you enter (your scene, subject, and options) and the prompts CineCue generates are processed entirely in your own browser — they are never transmitted to, logged by, or stored on our servers.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate, anonymous traffic — such as page views, referring sites, approximate country, and device or browser type. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile of you. See Vercel's analytics privacy documentation for details.

Hosting & server logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all web hosts, Vercel may transiently process standard technical request data (such as IP address and user-agent) to deliver the site securely and reliably. This is governed by Vercel's privacy policy.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

CineCue shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners, as third-party vendors, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to CineCue and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Cookies

CineCue itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Google AdSense sets its own cookies as described above. Your browser may also store small, purely functional values locally for the interface; these are not used to identify or track you and never leave your device.

Affiliate links & third parties

CineCue contains affiliate links to Higgsfield. When you click through, you leave our site and Higgsfield may set its own cookies or tracking (including our referral parameter) to attribute the visit. Any data you provide on Higgsfield's site is handled under Higgsfield's own privacy policy, not this one. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Your rights

CineCue does not itself collect identifiable personal information, so there is generally no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Data collected by Google for advertising can be managed through the links in the Advertising section above. If you have a question about your rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or a similar law, contact us and we will respond.

Children

CineCue is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
