How to write the prompt
1. Pick two neon colors. Magenta and cyan is the classic pairing. Limiting the palette makes the image look designed rather than chaotic.
2. Add wet surfaces. Rain-soaked streets and puddles double the light with reflections. They are half of the cyberpunk look.
3. Use haze or rain. Atmospheric haze, steam, or rain makes light beams and glow visible, adding depth to the frame.
